The pressure swing adsorption nitrogen generator uses purified pre-treated compressed air as the raw gas, which enters the adsorption tower equipped with adsorbent (carbon molecular sieve). The available nitrogen is separated according to the different adsorption amounts of nitrogen and oxygen in the compressed air when passing through the adsorbent at different pressures. When the pressure is increased, oxygen is adsorbed in the adsorbent, and nitrogen flows out of the adsorption tower and enters the nitrogen storage tank; when the pressure is reduced, the adsorbent is deoxygenated and regenerated; in this way, the two adsorption towers alternately reciprocate to achieve nitrogen and oxygen separation, thereby continuously producing the required nitrogen for use. The nitrogen generator is mainly composed of compressed air pretreatment, compressed air buffer treatment, adsorption separation treatment, nitrogen buffer treatment, and control components.
