The pressure swing adsorption oxygen generator uses purified pre-treated compressed air as the raw material gas, which enters the adsorption tower equipped with adsorbent (zeolite molecular sieve). At different pressures, nitrogen in the compressed air diffuses through the adsorbent much faster than oxygen, resulting in oxygen concentration. After decompression, the adsorbent releases the adsorbed nitrogen and other gases, achieving regeneration. Through this alternating operation of the two adsorption towers, the required oxygen is continuously produced. The oxygen generator is mainly composed of compressed air pretreatment, compressed air buffering treatment, adsorption separation treatment, product gas buffering treatment, and control components.
