Box-type small nitrogen generator (JQ-N01)

The box-type small nitrogen generator uses purified pre-treated compressed air as the raw material gas, which enters the adsorption tower equipped with adsorbent (carbon molecular sieve). The separation of usable nitrogen gas is achieved based on the different adsorption capacities of nitrogen and oxygen in the compressed air as they pass through the adsorbent at varying pressures. When the pressure increases, oxygen is adsorbed by the adsorbent, while nitrogen flows out of the adsorption tower and into the nitrogen storage tank. When the pressure decreases, the adsorbent releases oxygen and is regenerated. Through this alternating operation of the two adsorption towers, nitrogen and oxygen are separated, enabling continuous production of the required nitrogen gas. The nitrogen generation device is mainly composed of compressed air pretreatment, compressed air buffer treatment, adsorption separation treatment, nitrogen buffer treatment, and control components.
